Despite the unfortunate circumstances weighing upon our community, AULFG2 insisted on celebrating Christmas this year with much determination and hope for a better tomorrow.
Alumni, graduates, professors and staff all gathered on the 26th of December for the AULFG2 annual Christmas Cocktail in the Faculty's campus - Roumieh in a pleasant and friendly atmosphere.
In this occasion, Eng. Georges Bou Malham (Chairman of AULFG2 executive committee) seized the opportunity to renew the Alumni's commitment towards our faculty, who's constantly reaching new academic and professional heights, such as receiving lately the CTI accreditation and the EUR-ACE label. In this regard, Bou Malham announced a series of workshops and conferences to take place starting the beginning of the new year, in addition to launching the AULFG2 new mobile app, which would improve the communication between all Alumni, especially when it comes to posting and applying new job vacancies.
The chairman concluded by inviting all graduates to join AULFG2, in order to combine our forces and resources for the best interest of our faculty and all colleagues.
Then Dr Assad Kallassy (director of ULFG2) took the floor to update the attendees with the faculty's latest news, and further explaine the value of acquiring the CTI accreditation and the long process that led to this achievement.
